To achieve a safe, chaos free and sustainable traffic system for Pune, which will be a model for the rest of India.
Mission :-

Plan :-
- Build a very large entity of responsible citizens. First goal: 3000 members, with 75% of them sporting SPTM stickers on their vehicles.
- Very strong & sustained interaction with DCP-Traffic and PMC Commissioner.
- With DCP-Traffic: Put in place a plan for increasing traffic discipline in a step by step & measurable manner.
- With PMC Commissioner: Ensure that at least the most basic traffic infrastructure is in place. This includes:
- All signals must be in working condition (including pedestrian signals), and
- Zebra stripes & stop lines at all signals must always be in good condition.
- Conduct citizens-facing activities to enhance people's traffic sense:
- "Building Excellent Traffic Sense" workshops for school children
